Welcome to the World Noor Sports Academy website, the locally and internationally accredited academy for training female coaches and providing professional programs. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the site or registering for any of our programs.

1. Acceptance of the terms

By using this website or registering for any of the courses or diplomas, you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions set forth herein, and acknowledge that you have read and understood their content.

2. Registration and personal data

– You must enter correct and up-to-date information when registering for any course.

– All information provided is kept strictly confidential in accordance with the privacy policy.

– We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration in the event of misleading information.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

– Full payment or booking fee must be paid to confirm registration.

Booking fees are non-refundable.

– In case of cancellation at least 7 days before the start of the program, you are entitled to a refund of 50% of the fees paid (excluding booking fees).

Fees cannot be refunded after the program has started.

4. Training and Certification Mechanism

– Programs and courses are offered either in person or online via platforms such as Zoom.

– The trainee is awarded an internationally accredited certificate after successfully passing the assessments and tests.

– Attendance at least 80% of the training hours is required to obtain the certificate.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

– All educational content, videos, presentations, and printed materials are the exclusive property of the Academy and may not be republished or distributed without prior written permission.

We have the right to take legal action against any violation.

6. Professional conduct

All participants are expected to respect the learning environment and adhere to professional etiquette.

The academy reserves the right to cancel the participation of anyone who violates this, without refunding the fees.

7. Modifying programs or schedules

The academy reserves the right to modify program dates, course content, or lecturers if necessary, with prior notification to participants.

8. Updates

These terms and conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review it periodically.
