First: Training programs and courses

• Fees are non-refundable after registration is completed, digital training content is accessed, or course attendance begins.

• If the course is cancelled by the academy for any reason, the registrant is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid or to transfer it to another course as she wishes.

Second: Request for return

• The refund request must be submitted through the academy’s official channels within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date of payment, with an explanation of the reason for the request.

• The request is reviewed by the relevant department and a response is given within a maximum of 5 working days.

Third: The retrieval mechanism

• Accepted amounts will be refunded using the same payment method used during registration.

• The refund process may take 7 to 14 business days depending on the procedures of the bank or payment service provider.

Fourth: Exceptions

• The refund policy does not cover courses for which content has been downloaded or part of which has been attended.

• Fees for certificates or additional services are non-refundable once completed.
